She came to us as a stray and was found to have a mammary tumour which required surgery. Despite this, Michelle and her family offered to give her a home for the time she had left. The tumours returned in the autumn and she underwent another major operation - it was the last hope. Sadly, she lost the fight and when the tumours returned for a third time there was nothing that could be done. Below is the letter received from Michelle's daughter shortly after her adoption - we are so grateful that she was loved until the end.
