Britney has been renamed Poppy and is settling in really well. She now has the run of the house, and she has already sussed out a hiding place. I couldn't find her one day and after shaking a box of biscuits she appeared in our spare room, on top of the cupboard, on top of a suitcase, she seems to like sleeping up there. She has been using her litter tray without a problem, and is eating really well. We are still finding out what cat food she likes, and she seems to eat more at night than during the day. She loves a bit of attention in the evening, and will lie on the sofa when we are watching tv.
It is always nice to have news of our 'babies' as they grow up in their new homes. Queenie & Sheena weren't littermates but formed a bond which has grown stronger with age! They are now called Lottie & Domino.

Thank you Foal Farm for looking after them until they came to their new home!
Thank you Tracey for giving them a new life!
Many people will remember Tommy & Felix , they were with us for some weeks. Eventually, they were rehomed and we were delighted to hear news of them:

They have both settled in so well. They have their own characters and I love them both so much already. Sadly, I had my cat, Marmi, put down in January but I'm sure he'll be happy that his home and garden is giving so much enjoyment to Tommy and Felix. T&F also appeared in Cats in the Attic recently .... I'm trying not to let the fame go to their heads! It is definitely worth adopting an older cat - they give so much enjoyment and it's pleasing to hear them purring away.
