As you can see these cats are really at home! Peter writes:I took Wally & Gizmo from Foal Farm in March 2002. Since then I have moved house, i would like you to make a note of my new address in case either of them gets lost and is returned to FF. |
| This is very important! Through the microchip Foal cats will be returned to Foal in the event that they are scanned by a vet or rescue centre. If we have not got correct contact details then we cannot return your pet to you!! Make sure you keep us up to date or you may never know what becomes of your lost cat! | |

All 3 of these cats
have been rehomed from Foal Farm this year. Holly went just after
Christmas and then they came back for another one! Opinions were divided - it
was love at first sight between him and Tonka (tortie) while she
succumbed to the charms of Big Boy (now Morpheus) who was
learning the benefits of being friendly! I could not enter into marital disputes but did hesitantly suggest that they could take two - and they did! Holly was a bit overwhelmed by having so much company that she did start to have a few toileting problems. Hopefully, these will resolve as she gets used to the new situation and does not feel so threatened! |
![]() ![]() Sadly, although we do our utmost to ensure that cats are healthy when they leave us, it often happens that the stress of another change of environment can bring out any latent medical problem. This is very distressing for the new owner and we do all we can to help. On leaving the Farm adopters are always offered the option of returning to see our vet should problems arise. We are very grateful that Bella has been so well looked after by her new owners, good nursing is the secret to most recoveries! |
Jim & Tracy write: Bella was our first pet so we were dismayed when she developed a severe respiratory disease shortly after she came to us. It was very sad to see her so miserable. I was given the job of keeping her cool to get her fever down, during the hottest weeks of the summer scorcher! I armed the house with electric fans, sponged her down and cleaned her runny eyes and nose. It was all very traumatic as we did not know whether she would pull through, but thankfully she made a full recovery. When Bella regained her fitness we saw her true personality. She is very affectionate and charismatic and loves playing games. We were told that Bella had been an indoor cat but we gradually introduced her to the garden, which she grew to love during the summer months. Since the weather has been colder she is not too bothered about the outside world. She is very sweet and gives nose rubs to show her affection. She gets us up in the morning - either by walking over us, tickling us with her whiskers or climbing up the vase! She is a wonderful cat and extremely spoilt - but she deserves it! |
